Terms of Service

DIONFX, operated by Dion Emmanuel (Belgium), is a software tool for journaling, analytics and decision-support. It is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, portfolio manager or financial adviser; it does not execute trades or hold funds; and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it.

Nothing in the service — including Setup Checker verdicts, DFX Intelligence briefs, analytics or community content — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or a trading signal. See the Risk Disclaimer.

Access to DIONFX is invite-gated. You request access, and an account is approved manually. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Account and access sharing is not allowed.

DIONFX offers a Normal User tier, a DFX Member tier and a 1-on-1 option at the prices shown on the Products page. For consumers, prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT. When paid billing is enabled, subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid subscription. Because DIONFX is digital content and services supplied immediately, you can ask us to start during the 14 days; if you expressly consent and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once we begin, the right no longer applies. Otherwise, we refund within 14 days of a valid withdrawal.

DIONFX operates a strict no-refund policy. Apart from the mandatory EU withdrawal right described above, we do not give refunds — including for change of mind, unused time, partial periods, or after you have started using the service.

You can cancel at any time, and your access then continues until the end of the current paid period. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The trades, notes, chart images, models and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you (including sending chart images to our AI provider). This licence ends when you delete the content.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it, and you must not upload other people’s personal or confidential data.

DFX Member features give you the use of protected DFX logic inside the tools. They do not grant ownership of, or a right to copy or redistribute, the private DFX playbook, models, lessons, videos or mentorship material. Reselling or sharing protected material or your access is prohibited.

AI outputs (Setup Checker verdicts, confidence scores, DFX Intelligence briefs and analytical summaries) are automatically generated, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be independently verified. They are informational only and are not advice or signals.

Market data, news and the economic calendar are provided by third parties, may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable, and are provided “as is”.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Some features are experimental or in beta and may change or be withdrawn, and are provided without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may perform maintenance or suspend the service for security or legal reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Suspended accounts retain read-only access to their own journal and can export their data. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIONFX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law, including for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify DIONFX against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. We try to resolve disputes amicably first.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
